– 250g sultanas
– 75g each dried apricots, cranberries, dates, figs (roughly chopped)
– 250ml Guinness
– 3tbsp dark rum
– Zest and juice 1 orane
– Butter, to grease
– 75g vegetarian suet
– 100g light muscovado sugar
– 3tbsp golden syrup
– 60g plain flour
– 1tsp each of ground cinnamon and mixed spice
– 1 large egg, beaten
– 50g fresh white breadcrumbs
