Yellowstone star Lainey Wilson made a serious impression at the CMT Music Awards, and not just for her music. The “Heart Like a Truck” singer took over the red carpet with her daring low-cut jumpsuit, and it might just be her best look yet.
Lainey led all nominees with four nods: Video of the Year, Female Video of the Year, Collaborative Video of the Year (with HARDY for “Wait in the Truck”) and CMT Performance of the Year (with Cole Swindell for “Never Say Never”).
She ended up winning Collaborative Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year. In her acceptance speech, she said, “I feel like I’m watching my dreams come true right before my eyes.” Lainey also took the stage twice to perform in the “Next Women of Country” tribute with Alanis Morissette and to sing her hit, “Heart Like a Truck.”
Lainey wore a gorgeous fitted jumpsuit by Michael Costello. The low-cut one-piece has a red and purple botanical print with a tie at the neck, and she paired the daring look with her trademark black hat by Standard Hat Works, jewelry from Nina Berenato and Prada shoes.
Lainey shared photos from the event with her fans on Instagram and was flooded with comments like, “Oh damn gurl!🔥🔥🔥,” “ALL HAIL 👑👑👑👑,” and “Girrrrrl, this look!! 🔥 You look phenomenal 😍.”
Before the show, Lainey posed alongside superstar LeAnn Rimes, who performed during the Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute.
Lainey also met up with her Yellowstone co-star (and onscreen love interest) Ian Bohen, who introduced Lainey’s performance with fellow Yellowstone star Jen Landon and HARDY.
